Mike Tyson is not only the greatest boxer of all time, but he is also a great inspiration and a figure who is a major influence in pop culture. He became the youngest heavyweight champion at the age of 20, and even after that, his life has been a series of ups and downs. Streaming giant Hulu thought it might be a story that everyone would want to hear, and they released a mini-series on Tyson’s life on August 25th. However, the boxer himself is quite upset with it, and here’s what he has to say.

While talking to ‘Newsmax’, Mike Tyson claimed that Hulu lied to him on a few occasions to get free advertisements.

Furthermore, he added, “They also used the UFC to try to allow them to promote their movie, and Dana said he’s not with that at all, they’re charlatans, and he didn’t want nothing to do with them.”

“How do they expect that relationship with entertainers when they are stealing money from them? They’re not offering to pay them for their life story. It’s just a … bunch of charlatans trying to get their names in the paper,” he said.

Well, the former heavyweight champion is very much upset with Hulu regarding their new series. He even mentioned how they lured UFC president Dana White to promote it. However, even after his resentment, Tyson still wished Hulu that they enjoy their sales.

The 56-year-old stated, “It’s just a really disgusting feeling that people here steal your rights, your personal life and you can do nothing about it. And that’s why I just can’t believe this. It’s just some people who are one time with my friends and I guess they decide to do a story on me.”
