Mike Tyson’s fighting days are far behind in the past, but he still remains in the media spotlight due to his podcast and his appearances in interviews. Along with being an exceptional boxer, Tyson is also a learned man who often talks about deep and intriguing subjects on his show.

The recent episode of Mike Tyson’s podcast featured rapper, Styles P, while co-host Angie Martinez was also present. As the episode progressed, the former boxer mentioned, “You see all those guys like Gary Coleman and those, their parents robbed them…. A lot of parents rob their kids.”

Styles P further added, “Britney Spears’s father.”

“Yeah, this is happening since this is the beginning of child stars,” Tyson concluded.

Mike Tyson didn’t dive deep into the subject, but he certainly gave a topic to fans to discuss something serious that is happening around. Take a look at what happened between Britney Spears and her father.  

Britney Spears accuses her father of controlling her life 

Britney Spears, an American singer-songwriter, rose to fame early in life. In 2008, Jamie P. Spears, her father, was granted conservatorship of his daughter’s life. It was given to him soon after Britney underwent two involuntary psychiatric evaluations at the hospital, which had an impact on her mental state as well.

According to reports, Britney admitted that her father was “obsessed” with her and that she was unable to even make friends without his approval. Her father’s dominance over her life extremely disturbed her. It also prevented her from having the freedom to spend the money she earned according to her own preferences. She found it very wrong and pleaded that the conservatorship ought to be ended.

Apparently, the court finally ordered the suspension of the conservatorship, which gave control of the pop star’s life to her father. It was revealed that this reflects a toxic environment where Britney’s life and money were being controlled for the past 13 years, and it needs to be terminated.
