The drama in the sport of boxing is not a new thing. Fights are promoted on that basis. But it becomes unbearable and embarrassing when someone crosses the limit and tries to hurt the core values of sport by putting forth very unprofessional gestures. This is the subject of concern because recently a video of a clip of a professional bout circulated on social media and earned very bold opinions from fans.

Slim Albaher, the YouTuber turned prizefighter, is the villain of this entire drama. He himself shared the clip on Twitter and wrote, “He knew he lost! Smh.”

What exactly happened?

During the ring announcement of the winner, Albaher created a very disrespectful scenario. He interrupted the referee, who was raising the winner’s hand by saying, ‘he knew he lost’, pointing toward the winner.

As soon as this video clip popped up on social media, fans began criticizing it.

How did fans react to this entire drama?

A fan wrote, “Why did u disrespect the other guy like that? Have a go at the judges. Appears your ego is getting high carrying that “belt”.

Another fan wrote, “It wasn’t funny though.. It was cringe and very unprofessional.”

Albaher’s fans also not supported him. A fan wrote, “Slim we all love you but this is an L for you. It was so close to tell who won and alot of people are giving it to Landon so you should rewatch the fight or something because you doing that infront of Landons face is embarassing.”

Another fan wrote that Albaher’s friend was part of the bout this is why he was going against the verdict. However, he did not support Albaher’s move. He wrote, “I understand you’re Adams friend and you like to back him but Landon did not lose that fight. Both of them barley did anything in the fight, a draw is more than justified.”
