However, there was a man who had a part in making Tyson more renowned around the globe. It was Evander Holyfield, who fought Tyson, and the fight shook the entire world. 

Recently, Holyfield was interviewed by TMZSports, where he was asked about Tyson’s brand ‘Mike Bites’. The reporter asked, “Mike is selling these, you see that he’s selling these ear bites, they are called Mike Bites. And I wondered what your thoughts about it, he’s making tons of money. Do you feel like you owe your own cut because it’s kind of your ear?”

Holyfield replied, “A little interesting plan he came up with.”

Holyfield was asked if there will be a fight between the two. And he replied, “Well, I’m like, too late now.”

The former champion has clearly stated that it is too late now for him to fight Kid Dynamite. However, fans still reminisce about their controversial fight from back in the day. The two have fought each other twice in their careers. 

The heavyweights first met in 1996, which was billed as ‘Finally’. Holyfield was dominating from the beginning of the fight and eventually emerged as the winner.

It was certain that there needs to be a rematch. So the two met again seven months later, and Tyson infamously bit his opponent’s ear in the third round. Tyson was disqualified and Holyfield was announced as the winner.
