Fans do crazy things, as they often pull unexpected stuff. Recently, on social media, they mocked Tyson Fury, the WBC heavyweight champion’s decision of retiring from the sport by comparing it with UK Prime Minister Liz Truss’s reign. As both were short-lived.

Everything began with a post on Twitter that read, “Tyson Fury’s retirement (53 days).” It was shared by a page named ‘things that lasted longer than Liz truss‘.

This caught fans’ attention, and they poured their remarks.

A fan wrote, “From when forest got promoted to the premier league.”

Another fan wrote, “Valteri Bottases pitstop at Monaco last year.”

“He was recharging his batteri voltas”, another fan added.

Another fan wrote, “Ryan Mason as spurs interim.”

“Coventry city’s perfect home record in the championship last season (77 days)”, another fan wrote.

Another fan wrote, “Steven Gerrard at Aston Villa.”

Another fan wrote, “a season if Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway (49 days).”

“George pal this is not a real job”, another fan wrote.

Why did fans compare Tyson Fury with the UK Prime Minister?

Earlier this year, the 33-year-old knocked out his intense rival Dillian Whyte at Wembley Stadium in London. Following this megaevent, the champ announced his retirement.
