Maverick said that he was in fact just 18 when he was told by one of his pals that the first cheque of $2000 he made through vines had a percentage of tax that he’d have to pay. After learning this reality of making money, Paul was in a sense of disbelief.

Explaining it further he said, ” I’m bragging to them and he goes,’ Man it sucks you’re gonna have to give 30 to the government and I said what are you talking about? The government? It’s my money. I made this money. He goes are you an idiot? Like you have to pay taxes. I go attacking. My mom pays taxes. I don’t that’s like a parent thing though right At 18 years old, I’m stunned that this is a thing. No one taught me in school. My parents didn’t teach me.”

Chiming in were Akon and George Lanko. They also expressed the pang they feel when a certain amount of money they make goes away in the form of taxes. Lanko said, “I’ll always remember the first time that when it finally hit seven figures I cried. I actually cried I had actual tears you paid seven figures in taxes in three past years.”

The older Paul brother’s business venture, Prime is his brainchild. He has invested his blood, sweat, and everything he has into making this brand a name for global domination.
