Many fans along with Haney have considered the rematch to be unnecessary because of Haney’s domination of Kambosos Jr. At the same time, Kambosos Jr. has every right to a rematch because of the clause signed during the 1st fight, which granted him a rematch in case he lost the 1st fight. Additionally, he seems confident in his abilities to reclaim the titles he lost in Australia.
