Mixed martial artist Dillon Danis is set to face American YouTube sensation Logan Paul in a highly anticipated boxing match. The said bout takes place on October 14th at the AO Arena in Manchester, England, as part of Misfit’s prime card. After months of trolling, lawsuits, restraining orders, Instagram ban, and much more, the two will finally throw down in the ring in a few hours.

In the never-ending series of developments, ‘El Jefe’ has accused Paul of foul play. Calling out unfair treatment, he claims he is being handicapped by Paul, and KSI’s company ‘Misfits’. What has Paul done now to get on Danis’s nerves?

Tensions flared during a recent press conference when Danis and Logan engaged in a bottle-throwing altercation. Danis escalated the situation by striking Logan near the eye with a microphone, resulting in a significant cut. Despite the injury, Logan chose to proceed with the fight, narrowly avoiding its cancellation. However, according to Danis, ‘Maverick’ does not respect rules and Misfits does not seem to mind.

While the weigh-in was scheduled to happen between 10-11 a.m., Paul did not show up within the stipulated time. According to Danis, he dialled Misfits and got an extension instead. “The commission’s rules state that weigh-ins are between 10 and 11. If you miss the 11 o’clock deadline, you’ve missed weight. I weighed in at 10:15, but Logan still hasn’t.”  He further added,” We should be on an even playing field, he shouldn’t get special treatment. He’s already got more juice than Tropicana. He missed the weight, plain and simple. They’re trying to handicap me as much as possible.”

Dillon Danis is back to trolling after the weigh-ins

Recently, Mike Perry floated the news of him taking over in Danis’ place claiming he pulled out. Danis had to clarify that no such thing was happening. As drastic as it can get, Jake Paul, the younger brother, stated that he would happily fight Dillon Danis if Logan Paul pulled out due to his eye injury. Meanwhile, Danis again went on his X account to announce that he would be fighting Jake since Logan “missed” the weigh-in.\
