Former four-division champion Adrien Broner was touted to be the next Floyd Mayweather due to his incredible potential. However, he was unable to fulfill his true potential and fall off drastically in the latter half of his now-obscure career. Despite this, during his prime, he was one of the most talented and fierce fighters in the sport.

“The Problem’ was undefeated as a boxer for almost five years since making his debut before eventually succumbing to Marcos Maidana in 2013. Although he would garner a sting of wins after this, he would face another setback at the hands of Shawn Porter in 2015. Broner was able to manage victories inside the ring but was part of a lot of controversies outside the ring which ended up in his fall off. Now, he was set to make a comeback in 2023 and reignite his career but his recent fight was also canceled. However, he was quick to remind everyone about his greatness.

The fans certainly respect what Broner has done and accomplished in the sport. However, they were also disappointed to see such a talented boxer not fulfilling his true potential. This could all change as ‘The Problem’ is only 33 years old and does have a few years to cement his legacy. Moreover, if he can even be half of what he was, Broner could end his career with a sense of pride.
