Recent times have seen Lady Luck shying away from YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul. ‘The Problem Child’ is yet to recover from the cancellation of his highly anticipated fight against Tommy Fury. Meanwhile, it was recently announced that his upcoming bout against Hasim Rahman Jr. has also been canceled.

Paul’s promoter ‘Most Valuable Promotions‘ recently announced that Rahman Jr. has backed out of the fight. Moreover, it was also revealed that Rahman Jr. was hesitant to lose weight for the fight.

In fact, Rahman Jr. wished to fight at 215 lbs while the fight weight agreed upon was 205 lbs.

Further, Paul took to social media to express his disappointment about the cancellation of the fight. He stated that his opponents were scared to fight him and that they lacked professionalism.

Additionally, he also apologized to his fans and to the other fighters on the card.

Chris Eubank Jr. has a challenge for Jake Paul

The boxing fraternity was quick to show their support for Jake Paul after the cancellation of his fight. Moreover, Chris Eubank Jr, who is considered one of the best active middleweights, came up with a rather interesting challenge.

Notably, Eubank Jr. is the son of former world champion Chris Eubank.

He accused Tommy Fury and Rahman Jr. of being people who just fight for clout. In fact, he even accused Paul of being a clout-chasing fighter like them.

Additionally, he stated that he can try squeezing Paul into his schedule so that Paul can experience stepping in the ring with a ‘real boxer’.

Fans react to Chris Eubank Jr’s challenge

Boxing fans were intrigued by Eubank’s proposition and took to social media to express their thoughts.

Many users were sure that Paul will not take up the fight as he will not fight a real boxer.

 

 

Meanwhile, a few users mentioned that Paul should take up Eubank’s offer.
