Reigning WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, praised unified lightweight champion Katie Taylor during a recent interaction with Sky Sports.
After their first fight split the boxing world in two, Katie Taylor and Delfine Persoon will go at it for the second time. Although the first bout was a close call, there is absolutely no doubt that it was a barn burner. Both women left it all in the ring that night. And fans expect a similar fight in the rematch.
Anthony Joshua, who has won the gold medal with Taylor in the 2012 Olympic Games, expects her to win this Saturday.

“I really respect her. She is phenomenal, she is someone I sit back quietly and learn from. She is a real-life athlete – I am more reckless. I take inspiration from her,” Anthony Joshua told Sky Sports.
And as for the first fight, Joshua believes that the Bray native won it.
“I thought she won [the first fight].”

As Joshua said, Taylor is a phenomenal athlete. She has an incredible record of 15-0. Six of her wins came through knockouts and nine via unanimous decisions. As of now, she holds all major titles in boxing.
In her previous fight with Persoon, her punches were slightly more significant than her opponent’s. Though she has already beaten the Belgian, Taylor claims to have unfinished business with Persoon. The Irishwoman has all the tools to beat her rival again; however, her opposition is no slouch.
