Mike Tyson often got himself in trouble because of his controversial comments in interviews. Although he is a completely different person now, he was a rage-filled wrecking ball back in the day. Tyson was sent to a rehab center in 2007, when he stated, “I’ll never beat that. That’s going to be a till-the-day-I-die job. That’s an inside job. Nothing to do with anything else. That’s just a disease I have received hereditarily.”

Not long ago, Tyson was spotted in a wheelchair at the Miami airport. He was suffering from sciatica flare-up, which is a lower back medical condition. The veteran athlete was unable to walk for a few days and even faced problems while speaking. However, Tyson has recovered now and is back on his feet again.

Mike Tyson exhibits his realization about life

‘Iron Mike’ has lived a life that very few people in the world experience. He was raised in a bad neighborhood that led him to criminal activities at a very young age. However, he then grew a fondness for boxing and dedicated his life to the sport; today he is remembered as the greatest boxer to have ever lived.

Tyson has experienced it all, including stardom, financial ruin, and incarceration. But the champion always rebounds by striking back and standing up for himself. He recently shared a video on Instagram and said, “Sometimes, when it comes to my realization of the situation, I forget that I’m that guy. I forget that I trained that hard and became a fighter and stuff. I had to be scary then. I don’t have to be scary anymore. I have to be funny. I’m funny now. That’s the number one factor and survival in life is adapt, adaptation.”
