

Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone has become the poster boy for celebrity boxers. He was one of the pioneers in making the sport mainstream after the immense success of his boxing movie franchise, ‘Rocky’. In fact, even at the age of 76, ‘Rocky’ is still involved with the sport and trains whenever he gets the chance.

Watching the Rocky movies, one would think that Stallone was a highly skilled boxer; but the reality might be far from it. This was proved after Stallone posted a behind-the-scenes video of him practicing his moves for a fight scene back in July.
In the video, he can be seen punching a stuntman who doesn’t retaliate in any manner. He even revealed that this scene would be later edited and made into a fight sequence.

“This is what goes into choreographing a fight much more is added later on, but it definitely hurts along the way,” he wrote in the caption. This was not all as fans reacted to this video and shared their thoughts on the fight choreography.

One fan hilariously asked whether the fighter along with Stallone was a doll because he didn’t throw any punches at Stallone. “Father Sylvester Stallone. is he a doll or a human because he doesn’t strike back,” he wrote. Another asked if any actual fights broke out on the set. “Any actually fights break out? People getting mad? I bet that’s rough,” he wrote.

One fan was seemingly very excited as he got to see the backstage action of a movie for the first time. “That’s cool bro, behind-the-scenes coolness I never seen before,” he wrote. Another fan stated that Stallone was the first to introduce him to boxing. “Sylvester, you were the one who introduced me to the world of boxing,” he wrote.
Lastly, one fan wanted Stallone to make a movie about ‘Rocky’s’ trainer, showcasing his struggles as a boxer. “Please make a movie about mic (Rocky’s trainer) sure creed movies were awesome but give us rocky fans a movie about him and how he fought sailor mike and Denny gimpsy, how he never had a manager! Show his struggle. Your about shooting your shot. Here’s mine… hope you see this,” he wrote.

The fans were excited to see ‘Rocky’ in behind-the-scenes action for the first time. This goes on to show his impact on the sport despite not being a professional boxer.
