Additionally, he also co-owns a promotions company named MVP Promotions, which has certainly faced a loss as the August 6th event got canceled twice. Following this, Hasim Rahman Jr. who was set to fight him, posts a video to troll Paul.

Conor McGregor’s teammate takes a dig at Jake Paul as the latter’s August 6th fight gets canceled
Jake Paul was set to enter the Mecca of boxing, the Madison Square Garden, in New York City for the first time. However, first Tommy Fury pulled out of the fight, and now his bout with Rahman Jr. again got canceled. This has subsequently become the most talked about news topic recently. Paul took to Twitter and wrote about how Fury and Rahman Jr. are the most difficult people to work with and lack professionalism. Following this, Danis tweeted, “I heard from inside the camp of Jake Paul that his manager and team tried to pay Hasim Rahman to take a dive but they rejected it. So then Jake Paul’s team made up a excuse to pull out of the fight.”

Danis mentions that he has heard that Paul and his team tried to pay off Rahman Jr. to take a dive. And the latter refused to take it, which subsequently led to Paul canceling the fight. There have been no reports about it, so we cannot tell if Danis’ speculation is true or not.

Furthermore, first Paul and Fury were supposed to fight in December, but the British boxer pulled out due to an injury. Then they sought a date to fight on August 6th, but Fury again canceled saying he is facing visa issues to enter the United States. Now, again, Paul’s fight is cancelled for the third time. Only time will tell what the future holds for the 25-year-old.
