Jake Paul is set to enter the ring for the tenth time in his professional boxing career! ‘The Problem Child’ Paul will fight Ryan Bourland, a former Golden Gloves champion. However, not much is known about this unknown fighter. Not long ago, Dillon Danis tried to mock Paul by claiming Bourland was an Uber driver, but that turned out to be false.
So, it begs the question, what does Bourland really do? Despite Dillon’s deception, an attempt to hold onto the little relevancy he is left with, it recently came out that Bourland works at an oil rig. Far from the story, Dillon tried to drum up through his campaign against the Pauls. Here’s everything one needs to know about Ryan Bourland.

According to a February 12 report from The Sun, Bourland switched up his profession back in 2018. Speaking to The Sun about his boxing career, Bourland revealed, “Boxing is not easy. Taking punches isn’t the most fun thing to do, and I’ve been doing it for a long time, but I’m not making that much money. I haven’t had health insurance for a while.”
When asked about his job at the oil rig, Bourland shed light on how he landed that job. “It’s dangerous and hard work, but boxing is dangerous and is really hard work. After they saw my resume, I got a couple of calls, and they told me, ‘You are exactly what we are looking for,” said Bourland. He also revealed that his father wasn’t completely on board with the idea.
