

Marc Castro is set to appear on his 5th undercard featuring Canelo Alvarez as he will face off Kevin Montiel. The bout will take place on the undercard of the trilogy clash between Canelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on September 17th.

Montiel, on the other hand, is also a 23-year-old boxer hailing from Mexico. He stands at 5-feet-4-inches tall and has a 67-inch reach. Montiel has competed in 9 professional bouts and has a record of 6-2-1 with 3 KO victories.

Castro is considered to be a great talent coming from an amateur boxing background. He has competed in 54 amateur bouts and also made waves since he turned pro. Moreover, all of his fights, except the last two, have ended in a knockout. Some of his notable victories include his second-round KO win over Ronaldo Solis and a UD win over Pedro Vicente Scharbaai in his last fight.
