“I don’t want to say this for that. It was the biggest pay-per-view. I’m 55 and I would have still been doing the situation, but all of a sudden people got greedy. I’m saying this is fun. It’s not serious, this is just us having fun and then I said, ” Tyson said.

Both fighters were most likely to avoid throwing volume punches. However, the fight went rough frequently. Tyson was the aggressor in the entire eight-round showdown. He even landed a few hard punches.

Regarding this, Hart put forth a question for Tyson. He asked, “This don’t look like Mike is doing a show anymore. Did you have a switch that clicked during the fight with Roy where it was like?”

‘The Baddest Man on Planet’ confessed, “I punched a little sometimes a little too hard, but you got the people came to see a show and Roy was tough enough to do that so they saw sure you can’t be real. You can’t go in there and play pity pat when you’re fighting.”

Tyson wanted to keep the fight casual for the most part, but he also wanted to give the people their money’s worth. Therefore, he did kick it up a notch, knowing that Roy Jones Jr. was tough enough to hang in there with him.
