Recent times have seen the crown prince of controversy, Andrew Tate, finding himself under a myriad of legal troubles. And his arrest by the National Gendarmerie force of Romania formed the culmination of this disastrous chain of events for Tate. It can be said that his online beef with the Swedish environment activist, Greta Thunberg, and its aftermath had a major role to play in the same. Meanwhile, in what ‘Top G’s’ fans would describe as a ‘dose of karma’ from the Matrix, Thunberg was detained by German polices during a protest.
Tate’s recent arrest, after a pizza box allegedly gave away his location, put both Tate and Thunberg on the news. She was recently protesting to prevent the demolition of Lützerath in Rhineland-Palatinate. Notably, the village was being demolished for the expansion of a coal mine.
