One of the most crucial parts of a boxing event is the weigh-in. Fighters have to come under a certain weight depending on their weight class. However, there’s a rehydration clause in the contract which signifies how much weight a fighter could put on between the weigh-in and the actual fight night. The YouTuber-turned-boxer, Jake Paul, shared his views on a huge fight.

Jake Paul calls Hasim Rahman Jr out on Twitter
Ahead of his fight against Rahman, Jake Paul tweeted about the weight difference his opponent can have during fight night. Moreover, according to Paul, Rahman has to weigh twice, once during the weigh-in and the other on the fight day.
Conor Benn dirty b/c he doesn’t want Chris Eubank to have a massive size advantage fight night? No…just wants a fair/safe fight.
Rahman can weigh-in @ any weight fight night. 200 weigh-in, 214 at noon fight-day, any weight fight night. Stop making excuses Jr. #DoubleStandards https://t.co/z3FAossKVQ

During the weigh-in, he has to be 200 lbs and on fight afternoon, he can increase up to 214 lbs due to the rehydration clause. However, Rahman Jr can weigh any weight on fight night. Paul ended his tweet by asking Rahman Jr to “Stop making excuses.”
