After all the drama in the heavyweight division over the last few weeks, Tyson Fury will face Deontay Wilder again. The trilogy between the two will go ahead after ‘The Bronze Bomber’ won his arbitration case against the Englishman.
Fury had finally announced the highly anticipated bout between himself and Anthony Joshua after months of negotiations. However, the ruling changed everything for the champion, and now, he has to alter his game plan to beat Wilder again. Ahead of the third fight, he has now revealed his secret weapon.
The 30-0-1 boxer took to his Twitter to share a video of him training in the gym for the trilogy. The footage showed Tyson training in his underpants in typical Tyson Fury fashion. He was working on the heavy bag and started with powerful alternating hooks to the body. ‘The Gypsy King’ then finished with a few continuous left hooks.

This comment revealed that the champion would look to target Wilder’s body to break him down. And considering the sound Fury’s punches made, if these body shots can land, ‘The Bronze Bomber’ will be in serious trouble.
A different approach from Tyson Fury
The approach to the trilogy from both fighters has been a topic of huge discussions in the last week. Considering the sudden change in plans, many have questioned whether ‘The Gypsy King’ has what it takes to beat the American again.

If Tyson Fury is to attack the body, it will be a different approach to the second bout. In their previous meeting, Fury attacked the American with fast combinations targeting the head. However, it appears the Englishman has found out another weakness in Wilder.

It will be interesting to see if Fury can land his powerful body shots. Wilder himself has changed his trainer and appears to be working on his movement. Thus, even though ‘The Gypsy King’ showed he knows how to beat Wilder, it will be much harder to execute this in the ring. Even more so, now that he has made his plans public.
