Back in December 2020, the greatest heavyweight of this era, Anthony Joshua, made his first and only ring appearance of that calendar year. He locked horns with the established name in the heavyweight roster, Kubrat Pulev. This fight was supremely important for the Brit, as his chances to fight for the undisputed heavyweight title weighed in on this battle.
As expected, the unified heavyweight king rolled out a performance for the ages, finished Pulev, and shut his naysayers.
Recently, the 31-year-old shared a video on his Instagram handle wherein he went for a promo shoot for his upcoming fight with Oleksandr Usyk. Here, Joshua, alongside his promoter, Eddie Hearn, and a few of his teammates, watched his win over Kubrat Pulev.

‘AJ’ gave an unusual reaction to his sensational knockout win and laughed hilariously alongside members present in the room. He even mimicked the punches he landed on Pulev.
Joshua, in his bout against Pulev, was in his true element. Right from the first bell, the Hertfordshire native signified his intent by moving forward with his heavy blows. He decoded Pulev’s style of fighting pretty early and smothered him in every round.
Joshua‘s assault seemed too much to handle for the Bulgarian boxer. Hence, the fight concluded in round 9 with ‘AJ’ proving his supremacy to one and all.
Anthony Joshua – the best of all?
The British boxer has witnessed a steep rise with every fight over the past decade. Even today, he manages to enthrall the fans with highlight-reel moments in his bouts. However, Joshua knows that in order to etch his name in boxing lore, he needs to win some huge fights and hold all four belts at the same time.
