It would be interesting to see how an athlete who trained his entire life playing American football will lace gloves and compete in the ring. Though it has become common that stars from all walks of life are competing in the sport of boxing, Le Veon Bell, the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers player, has placed himself in another category. His training session ahead of his fight showed he is not taking this casually. The 30-year-old has worked hard-to-learn skills. Recently, he showed his command over Mayweather’s shoulder roll defense.

The video that circulated on YouTube showed Bell is going to put forth a good set of skills. He is in great shape. While hitting mitts in the ring, he did several boxing moves that recalled boxing greats like Floyd Mayweather. His punches are stiff and fast and his head movement is no less than a professional.
Anyone unfamiliar with his background watches this would guess that he is a professional boxer. The most stunning thing he pulled in the ring was Mayweather’s shoulder roll. Every time the trainer was trying to penetrate into Bell’s defense, the latter was blocking it with his shoulder.
The amazing part was that his shoulder was moving smoothly, just like Mayweather. This shows that Bell has worked hard enough to put up a spectacular showdown.
