Five-division world champion Floyd Mayweather knows how to grab attention as he continues to stay relevant in the sports world with all his stints post-retirement. The multi-millionaire boxer has found ways to remain active in several ventures. That said, he has recently announced a donation of $10K to a charity in an extremely unique way.
Floyd Mayweather put his hands on a basketball and showcased his prowess in free throws. The primary motive of the act was to garner numbers for charity. As per Mayweather’s statements, he aligned himself in throwing 50 free shots, and for every miss; he vowed to donate one thousand dollars.
The undefeated pugilist filmed the entire thing and posted the clip on his official social media handle. Mayweather appeared to have had a good day on court as he planted 80% of the shots perfectly. He made 40/50 free throws, staging a valuable donation for a charity.

Following the performance, Mayweather highlighted his basketball skills and confirmed that he played the game after a long time. While he dusted himself off on the court, it was a lucrative number raised for charitable purposes.
What’s next for Floyd Mayweather?
Despite retirement in 2017, Mayweather hasn’t actually hung up his boxing gloves. Additionally, has been active in the gym, and even at the age of 44, ‘Money May’ continues to accept exhibition fights.

However, there are still no official developments to the matchup. That said, Mayweather has expressed his desire in accepting several such fights.
