In a recent interview, Mike Tyson talked about his childhood and the sacrifices of his mother. Once in his childhood, he was saved from having a police record due to a ‘traumatizing move’ made by his mother. In his recent conversation with popular media personality Joe Budden, he shed some light on the terrors of police brutality that he had to witness at a young age.

Tyson, recently, hopped on an interview with Joe Budden, and there he opened up about his current life, boxing career, and his childhood. During their talk, Joe Budden went ahead and asked him about the intensity of police patrols during Tyson’s childhood.
Tyson talked about how the police had a lot of power in those days, and there was a lot of exploitation that came with it. Tyson replied, “The cops, they were brutal back then, comfortable back then. People were made shot by cops, I remember that happening.”
