One thing is certain, Jake Paul really wants to face and knock out UFC legend, Conor McGregor. And, ‘The Problem Child’ has been going the length to take nasty swipes at the UFC champ. Meanwhile, welterweight contender Jorge Masvidal extended support to McGregor after Paul leaked a video online.

Paul had once stated that he wished to fight McGregor in an interview with Ariel Helwani of The MMA Hour. However, this statement did not sit well with McGregor. He reiterated with a series of tweets, calling Paul a ‘flop’ and a ‘nobody’.

But, Paul is not one to keep quiet when insulted. He went on to share an intimate video of McGregor. Moreover, Paul called him out, saying, “I’m sharing millions, with underpaid fighters. While you’re sharing hookers with Dana White.”

While it has been over a month since Paul leaked the video. Masvidal recently reacted to it while also extending support to McGregor. He mentioned that Paul crossed the line by doing so. And also stated that he has to keep in mind that McGregor has a family.

It is unclear if the video shared by Paul is doctored or real. But, one thing is certain, McGregor has some brawny backup.

Dana White gives Jake Paul a promotional boost

Jake Paul did not mince words while taking a swipe at Dana White and his favorite fighter. However, it seems like White might have given him a free promotional boost.

In a recent press conference, White was asked about the possibility of a fight between Paul and MMA GOAT, Anderson Silva.

In response, he said, “I don’t give a sh*t, do you know what I mean? If he’s really fighting Anderson Silva, and that’s true, it’s about time he’s got a real fight on his hands there. Regardless of how old Anderson is, yeah, that’s a real fight.”

From his words, it seems likely that he does not hold the eccentric Paul in good light. But, the possibility of a Silva-Paul showdown, might finally help give rest to Paul’s quest for a ‘real fight’.
