Call of Duty Mobile’s Anniversary season is now live, and new content just keeps flowing in. Pre-season leaks had suggested that a new weapon would come to the game. Many believed it would be the 48 Dredge LMG, as many YouTubers had been talking about it for a while now. However, after the lucky draw leaks, it became evident that a new sniper rifle would make its way to the game.

In a mid-season update, CODM introduced the NA-45 sniper rifle. While many were apprehensive about it at first, the rifle soon began breaking new ground. With the proper attachments, the sniper can be game-breaking; so much so that officials have banned its usage in the Championships.

The Throned Rose draw includes the NA-45 Lycantrophe, which is the legendary version of the new sniper. Free-to-play players need not worry about being left out. The same update introduced a new Seasonal Event in the game. The highest reward for completing all the challenges in that event is the base version of the NA-45.

Here’s an in-game look at both the variants. The legendary version comes with five unique attachments already attached. They include the OWC Light Compensator, YKM Light Stock, OWC Laser-Tactical, Light Trigger, and Electromagnetic Ammo.

The base version does not come with any attachments, and players have to grind to unlock them. Nonetheless, the stats for the weapon do not change.

The NA-45 is unlike anything in Call of Duty Mobile

The uniqueness of the NA-45 lies in its bullets. For example, the magazine only holds two bullets, and so players will have to reload the weapon after every two shots. Sleight of Hand perk is an absolute necessity with this weapon.

The other unique part is this weapon drops a charge in the first shot. A live charge drops with the shot that detonates with the second shot. So players can just shoot on the floor and wait for players to come that way to blow it up. The quicker you spam the two shots, the tougher it is to defend the gun.
