Floyd Mayweather Comes Clean on “False Accusations” of Him Allegedly Lying About Witnessing Tupac Shakur’s Death

A video was recently unearthed in which Floyd Mayweather pointed out the spot where the Late Tupac Shakur was shot in 1996. Soon, it was interpreted that Floyd Mayweather witnessed the murder of the six-time Grammy-nominated artist in person. Some even claimed that even though Mayweather witnessed the incident, he later purposefully denied it. However, in his latest post, Floyd Mayweather called out such “false accusations” that claimed ‘TBE’ witnessed Tupac Shakur’s death.

In his recent post, Floyd Mayweather clarified that he only lived in the area “where Tupac was shot” in September 1996. In an extensive statement, Mayweather announced that he never “witnessed the shooting“. Furthermore, the 50-0 boxer revealed where the mentioned “false accusations” most probably stemmed from.

Taking to Instagram, ‘TBE’ stated that he lived in “Meridian Apartments located on Flamingo and Koval Ln” in 1996. The location mentioned by Mayweather happens to be in the same area as where respected artist Late Tupac Shakur was shot. Although he lived in the said area, Mayweather claimed, “I have never said I witnessed the shooting“. According to Mayweather’s statement, the “false accusations” stemmed from the boxer sharing “the location of the shooting with John Singleton“. As per Mayweather, Singleton who was making a documentary on Tupac reached out to ‘TBE’ due to the boxer’s familiarity with the area.

“All of these false accusations stem from me sharing due to my familiarity with the area since I lived there. This does not mean I witnessed Tupac’s shooting,” stated Mayweather. In addition, Mayweather stated that the location of the shooting is public knowledge. Furthermore, Mayweather declared that “living near there” was nothing except for a coincidence. “John was my friend, so I showed him this location with no hesitation,” Mayweather who made a plea to “brother man’ wrote. “I did not witness Tupac Shakur’s death,” he firmly concluded.
