The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes is amidst a dream run in the WWE this year. He started the year as a Royal Rumble winner, after making his in-ring return following a hiatus. Since then, Cody has headlined WrestleMania 39 and started a new feud with Brock Lesnar.

Not just his professional exploits, but his personal life isn’t devoid of action. Cody’s wife, Brandi Rhodes, recently took to social media to address her pregnancy rumors.

On April 26, Brandi shared a photo of herself and her daughter doing exercise. “Tonight, Libby and I hit a few down dogs and feasted on Cold Stone after receiving the news we’d been waiting to hear since January!,” part of the tweet read.

Though it didn’t divulge the nature of the news, fans were quick to assume it was a pregnancy announcement. Soon, congratulatory texts poured in for the 39-year-old.

Meanwhile, Brandi posted another tweet that addressed the rumor. Clarifying that the couple is not expecting another child, Brandi wrote, “It takes a little bit longer than a few months for a baby to cook!”

While Brandi Rhodes chose to put the pregnancy rumor to rest, she, however, hasn’t revealed anything about the aforementioned ‘news’.

Is Brandi Rhodes joining the WWE?

Ever since Cody Rhodes jumped ship to WWE from AEW, Brandi Rhodes has been his constant. She had accompanied her husband in AEW as well as taking up the role of its Chief Brand Officer. Her appearances, however, lessened after the birth of their daughter, Liberty.

The 39-year-old, however, is no stranger to WWE. In fact, she honed her skills in the Stamford-based promotion long before joining Tony Khan and his troops.

Brandi primarily worked as a ring announcer and had very few matches. Meanwhile, her tweet makes a mention of waiting for ‘the news’ since the start of 2023. Could that news be related to her return to the WWE?

In her previous two stints, Brandi worked as Eden Stiles and Eden, respectively, in WWE. The first one started in 2011 and didn’t even last a year. The second stint was between 2013 and 2016. This was the time she married Rhodes.
