Becky Lynch’s Upcoming Plans for Seth Rollins Left Her Husband Flabbergasted Mid-Way During an Interview: “Seth Could Be Down and Out”

Seth Rollins is tackling a busy schedule at the moment. The Visionary turned 37, was crowned the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion and even filmed his parts in the upcoming Captain America movie. All these in a few weeks’ time! Now, he’s set for a clash at Money In The Bank at London’s O2 Arena on July 1. 

Rollins will take on old foe Finn Balor, who has promised to exact revenge from the champion for forcing the latter to sit out for a year after one of their previous encounters. But before the weekend clash, Rollins and his wife, WWE superstar Becky Lynch, appeared on the Today Show for a brief chat with the hosts. But what transpired during the course of the talk show, left the 37-year-old worried.

Needless to say, Rollins has a lot on his plate at the moment. But still, he is happy to accommodate for more by keeping a challenge for his new shiny belt open. This gives wrestlers from any brand, RAW, SmackDown, and NXT, the opportunity to call him out for a match. But Rollins looked a little rattled by his probable opponent.

It is none other than Mrs. Seth Rollins. The Man is on of the most dominating wrestlers in WWE’s women division. She is a multiple title holder and is also scheduled to take part in the upcoming PLE. While her husband will defend his title, Lynch will take part in the women’s ladder match.

It is the only prize she is left to win. On July 1, she will look to rectify that record. Speaking to the hosts, Lynch explained how the briefcase works. She spoke about a wrestler winning and using the contract to cash in, but then came the big blow for her husband.

The former Women’s Tag Team Champion said, “Seth could be down and out, I could cash in on him if I want and then be the next champion.” This had the champion holding his belt tightly as looking at his wife, flabbergasted. Though Lynch later said she meant it as an example, but one never knows.

But while Rollins’ wife was only half serious about it, one of her adversaries appeared to be serious about it.

Could you guess who we are referring to? Well, it’s Trish Stratus. The seven-time WWE Women’s Champion recently revealed that she plans to go after The Monday Night Messiah’s belt.

But before that Stratus, who is currently involved in a bitter feud with Becky Lynch, will have to overcome challenges from her and other opponents taking part in the women’s ladder match.

The WWE Hall of Famer, however, is confident about winning the bout. She said she plans to cash in her briefcase and challenge Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship. Wouldn’t that be something?

Rollins, meanwhile, already has had seven title defenses in a month and it looks like there won’t be a shortage in challengers in the future. But before that, he’ll have to retain his gold against Balor.
