Following the events of Survivor Series, the WWE Universe is still in shock. Randy Orton returned to the PLE to help Rhodes and the team defeat Judgment Day. However, the fallout of the event is still present. While fans witnessed a ton of drama on last week’s episode of Raw, the coming episode might be packed with even more surprises. Nevertheless, we will aim to decipher some surprises that come our way in the upcoming edition of Monday Night Raw.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Seth Rollins (c) vs. Jey Uso
This will be their first singles match since 2016. Last week, Rollins announced in the presence of Drew McIntyre that he will once again defend his title. This time it will be against Jey Uso. Due to this, McIntyre spiraled into a frenzy and attacked Rollins. However, Uso made it in time and saved The Visionary from the grave consequences of a McIntyre beatdown. There is a probability that Uso might hold back his punches during the match due to his recent team-up with Rollins at the WarGames.

Considering Rollins’s streak, chances are high that he might successfully defend the title. However, Uso might not want to miss this chance to have a championship title all by himself. But both of the contenders need to be careful as Damian Priest still has his Money in the Bank briefcase. Chances remain intact about the prospect of issuing a challenge to the winner for a fight immediately.
Drew McIntyre vs. Sami Zayn
After the announcement made by Rollins, McIntyre was infuriated. He met Sami Zayn backstage, who despite their rivalry, tried to console him. However, McIntyre had other plans and challenged him to a fight in the upcoming episode. Although there is nothing on the line, this might be the first step The Scottish Psychopath needs to take to bring down the baby faces of the company. The chances of McIntyre winning this bout are high considering his stature compared to that of Sami Zayn. On top of that, it will help him climb the ladder, bringing him closer to Rollins.
Nia Jax vs. Shayna Baszler
On last week‘s episode, Zoey Stark and Shayna Bazsler were seen having a word and Bazsler congratulated Stark for giving Rhea Ripley a tough fight. However, their conversation was interrupted by Nia Jax, who challenged Stark for a match later on in the evening. Jax won and next in line is Shayna Bazsler.
The two used to be tag team partners until 2021, when Bazsler betrayed Jax. The Irresistible Force has a score to settle with her former tag team partner. WWE has been treating her as a worthy opponent for Ripley, so chances are high that Jax might defeat Shayna Baszler easily.
The Creed Brothers (Julius & Brutus Creed) vs. Judgment Day (Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh):
This is the brothers’ first step for a chance at the Undisputed Tag Team championship title. However, JD McDonagh is notoriously famous for messing up and making things difficult for Judgment Day. This factor might help the brothers secure a win against the two. However, whether they will be able to defeat Finn Balor and Damian Priest in the future is still a million-dollar question.
Natalya & Tegan Nox vs. Katana Chance & Kayden Carter

Last week on Raw, the duo of Natalya and Nox lost their title shot against Piper Niven and Chelsea Green. This bout with Chance and Carter could help them get back their confidence. However, Chance and Carter are not to be taken for granted. The duo has been known for their incredible athleticism. The outcome of this match would be interesting for the fans to watch.
Two-Out-Of-Three Falls: DIY (Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano) vs. Imperium (Giovanni Vince & Ludwig Kaiser):
For this match, there are no titles on the line. But it might be the setting stone for the downfall of the Imperium. The stable happened to have an incredible run, with Gunther being the Intercontinental Champion. Kaiser has been on a roll with some incredible performances. However, there have been some tensions brewing between Vinci and Kaiser. This might play a huge role in the match and might even cost them the win. However, it is yet to be seen whether they will work on their indifferences in the ring.

Nakamura has been calling out for a mystery contender for quite some time. While many believed it to be either CM Punk or Rady Orton, it turned out to be Cody Rhodes. Following the events from last week’s episode, Rhodes will be addressing Nakamura this week. Whether Nakamura will be another chapter in The American Nightmare’s story or will serve a purpose in Nakamura’s story is yet to be seen.
