With each passing day, the release of Fast X is coming close. It’s just a few hours from now that the movie will be in the theatres for everyone to watch. There, viewers, especially wrestling fans, will be able to see two of their beloved wrestlers reuniting on the screen. And before fans get a glimpse of it, John Cena made sure to get them hyped up even more. 

The 10th installment of The Fast and Furious is already making headlines and a big reason for that is Dwayne Johnson. The Rock’s entry in the franchise in its fifth installment as Luke Hobbs was very much appreciated by the fans. But soon after his bitterness with Vin Diesel, he left the project. However, now in a surprise turn of events, Johnson is reportedly reprising his role. This comeback has grabbed much attention from fans but amidst all this, Cena didn’t forget to spice up things more.

In his brief appearance in ET Canada, The Cenation Leader made sure to attract everyone’s attention to his five words. He might have not spoken at length like his other co-actors, but his statement certainly stood out.

He said, “Stay for the whole thing,” and emphasized more on the last two words, which might be an indication of a twist towards the end of the movie.  This must have already pumped you with excitement but let’s see what Cena said next.

“And I’m really excited about that because people are going to be talking,” Jakob Toretto of Fast X aka Cena added. 

It might look like a usual statement but given the expressions of John Cena, one can guess that how the film will certainly leave everyone surprised.

That being said, we also cannot forget several trolls that questioned the addition of a new film to the franchise. 

Cena slams troll in his unique fashion

Before the release of a film, comes the job to promote it. And during one such promotion, Cena sat down with Megan Rate of Extra. A few moments into their conversation, the 16-time world champion reacted to the trolls questioning why a new film is coming up in the renowned Fast and Furious franchise. 

In response to it, Cena said, “I think anyone who says do we really need another one, I compare it to a fan who says, ‘but isn’t wrestling fake?’ They just don’t understand what we do and that just don’t understand what this is about.”

This in a way showed Cena’s sheer confidence in Fast X. He also mentioned that viewers will end up asking for another part after watching this one. Now, it becomes more interesting to see if Fast X can live up to the expectations of viewers.
