The mastermind behind the not-so-well-suited plot, Triple H has no other way except to get blamed for it. Fans rightfully questioned his decision and here is what The Hunter had to say about it.
WrestleMania 39 was an overall rousing success, but the most hyped-up main event match of the biggest show didn’t reach fans’ expectations. The bout went on according to the expectations in the initial phase. The plot maker also thinks WWE is all about the storyline and the story can never be pre-assumed and neither it can end. Justifying his unexpected booking after facing a lot of criticism from WWE Universe, The Hunter further noted, ‘Maybe for a lot of people, a shocking outcome. What I will say about that is, it’s always interesting to me when people say, ‘how can that happen?’ or ‘how can they do that in that moment?’ It’s almost perfectly spelled out in this story. ‘I need to finish the story.’ In the WWE, the story never finishes.’
