Destiny 2 has seen some amazing content since the arrival of Season of the Lost. The game’s latest season has captivated the attention of fans with news about the future expansion in the Witch Queen. Players have tried out many of the new activities as part of the season, which includes the Astral Alignment. However, they had waited long for the return of the popular PvP mode in Trials of Osiris.
Last season, the developers at Bungie announced that Trials will have a much needed rework for Season 15. Three weeks following the season’s release, they have finally released it for the fans to try out with some fresh changes, and it seems like they love it more than anything else in the game right now.

New Trials of Osiris in Destiny 2: Season of the Lost breaks match records
Trials of Osiris is the most premier endgame PvP content for players to enjoy in Destiny 2. The mode allows fans to earn some amazing rewards for going Flawless in it, which requires them to win seven games in a row. This makes it one of the game’s toughest modes as well. However, the new changes seems to have attracted a lot of players.
Popular website Destiny Trials Report recently revealed some humongous stats for the revamped mode. The website showed that Destiny 2 players have taken part in more than 4.5 million Trials matches this week. This is the highest number of matches ever played in a Trials week going back to the original Destiny, and there’s still a couple of days left, so the number will continue to increase.

Trials has become more accessible for the larger community
Along with that, the website stated that over 740,000 players have played Trials this week so far. This is also one of the highest numbers the mode has ever seen in both Destiny and Destiny 2. Additionally, this has allowed over 200,000 players to go Flawless. This means that the developers might have also tweaked the matchmaking for many squads to go on a winning streak of seven games.
