“All in memory of Lance Reddick and Sami Vanhatalo” is the sentence that appears after the game and fans are feeling their eyes moisten up. Lance Reddick was one of the key characters in the John Wick movies and also contributed significantly to the Horizon franchise. His death earlier this year caught fans by surprise and Remedy Entertainment‘s tribute to the actor is touching.

On the other hand, Sami Vanhatalo is nothing short of a legend in the gaming industry. He’s considered as one of the OGs who was part of the team that developed Max Payne. He was also the lead technical artist for Alan Wake: American Nightmare. Naturally, his return to the franchise, albeit only by name, is something that fans are super delighted with.
