Nintendo Fans Might See a New Switch Hardware Soon Amidst Microsoft’s 10-Year Call of Duty Promise

The biggest reason for this is the fact that Switch is somewhat underpowered when compared to the current generation of PlayStation and Xbox. And COD games tend to be pretty demanding when it comes to visuals.

Maybe Activision never saw a reason in developing a port for this console. This might change now. Microsoft is in the process of acquiring Activision Blizzard. And to show they are not planning to make COD Xbox exclusive, they have signed a deal with Nintendo to release these games on Nintendo systems for the next 10 years.

This was revealed by Brad Smith Vice Chair and President at Microsoft. He mentioned, “We’ve now signed a binding 10-year contract to bring Xbox games to Nintendo’s gamers.”

While many fans are excited about it, others think that it might be a superstitious announcement. Given the fact that Microsoft has yet to acquire Activision.
