Death Stranding was the among last generation’s weirdest games. Imagine black, gooey ghosts flying all over the world, hiding in plain sight. And one small rainfall enables them to attack people and take them away. A weird idea indeed, but one that piques my curiosity.

Of course, it had people interested, it was a Hideo Kojima game. And it was successful enough for Sony to allow him to work on a sequel. And yet again, the trailer for Death Stranding 2 is as vague as a trailer can be. Only some music and characters are doing unexplainable stuff. But recently Kojima decided to open up a little about this game.

Kojima is often called a visionary, and a legendary video game director. And there’s no denying either of those things. From his Metal Gear Solid series to Death Stranding, he has done something new with his games. But he has a very weird habit; he does not like straightaway telling his fans what he is offering them. He releases very cryptic and weird trailers. And that’s why fans are always left wondering what exactly the game is that he is working on.
