This custom Nintendo DS-GameBoy hybrid console looks unreal!

A YouTuber named Jacob R uploaded a video on his channel recently while unveiling a custom console. It wasn’t just an ordinary device, however, but a mighty crossover of Nintendo classics like the DS and the DMG GameBoy. Breaking it down, the YouTuber explained the additions that were implemented in this customized version.

He told that the Nintendo DS-GameBoy hybrid came with extra buttons compared to a regular GameBoy. For example, along with the regular ‘A’ and ‘B’ buttons, the ‘Start’ and ‘Select’ buttons and D pad, it also featured two extra buttons for ‘X’ and ‘Y’. That’s because a Nintendo DS also has two buttons. On the back as well, the custom console had two buttons, probably indicating the ‘L’ and ‘R’.

Moreover, there was also a flip-up screen, from a GameBoy Advance SP. According to the YouTuber, he had no idea how this was implemented, but it looked extremely amazing. Furthermore, the main display of the hybrid console was touchscreen, similar to the DS. As expected, the custom product also had separate slots for the DS and GameBoy Advance titles.

However, there were several problems as well with this product that the YouTuber bought from a website. He had to press the D-pad very hard in order to make it work. The same was the case with the buttons on the front as well. While pressing them, it took him more effort to register inputs onto the screen.
