Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is a very competitive sport. Being a pro player in it needs a lot of dedication and a lot of know-how of its mechanics. Valorant is also a similar beast. It has numerous agents and every agent has its own pros and cons and its own learning curve.
Players like Shroud and s1mple and many around the world spend a lot of their time trying to be experts at these games. They spend numerous hours building strategies on how to approach certain maps and what weapons to use.

Shroud and s1mple are two such pro players that have really earned the respect of many pro gamers around the world.
Valorant pro Shroud refutes comparison with s1mple on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
Recently a clip surfaced on Twitter that claimed Shroud is better at Counter strike: Global offensive than s1mple. In the video a streamer can be seen arguing with a fellow gamer, saying “the Sh*t that Shroud can do in CS, s1mple can never do,” while the other player refutes and says “You are F**cking stupid.”
The streamer then goes on to say that “s1mple is very good at taking 1v1s, Shroud is equally good in my opinion, but the multi-fragging potential with Shroud is way higher with him. Like if multiple guys are on the screen, Shroud has a chance of killing them way way better than s1mple”.

Now for those unaware, the term frag is used for a kill amongst counter-strike players and multi-fragging means killing numerous opponents.
The video slowly started getting popular, and it somehow reached shroud, who refuted these claims by simply saying, “alot of it comes down to passion, I’ll never be as passionate as s1mple. therefore, I’ll never even come close to the talent he has IMO.”
This just goes to show the respect that shroud holds for his fellow gamer.

Fans of both stars have taken to the internet to voice their opinion. While some are appreciating Shroud’s respectful response, others are saying that it is not just passion that counts and there is a lot of this at play.
