An avid Twitch streamer has invited a lot of heat after she faked a robbery on herself. Amazon-owned streaming platform Twitch has always had a controversial relationship with its creators. For instance, streamers have complained about getting low pay, platform meta, and more. Apart from that, the platform has rigorous rules and terms & conditions for its partners, making it almost impossible to stream anything of their liking. And when the content creators don’t abide by them, a suspension is guaranteed. 

A recent example would be when Twitch banned top streamers like Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed, alerting popular rapper SouljaBoy to share his feelings about the same. 

But today, we have a ‘twist’ in this relationship as a streamer has landed in trouble on Twitch. Apparently, she faked a robbery on herself, receiving major backlash from the entire community. After all, who would do that in the right mind?

Twitch streamer Kiaraakitty is not having it from fans 

During one of her recent streams, Kiara featured herself in a library. The Singapore-based streamer had over 50k in viewership, all chilling and having a good time on her stream. But suddenly, things took a pretty bad turn after the camera featured someone stealing her phone and running off.

This created chaos, as none of the fans could believe what they saw. And in the next few minutes, her entire chat blew up in concern. For quite a few seconds, it was unclear as to who had committed the crime as nobody could identify the perpetrator. But a few second later, Kiara accidentally dropped the phone while running, revealing herself to the crowd.

The 21-year-old then received major backlash from fans as it wasn’t something expected from her. But some of them decided to stay mum, reminiscing about the time in 2021. Back then, unidentified audio broke the internet that claimed she manipulated multiple men to get money from them. Apparently, the streamer confessed to this, which led to sheer disappointment.

Last but not the least, Kiara was banned for over four days for featuring NSFW content while streaming on Twitch.
