Latest Nintendo Switch Sports Update Surprisingly Frustrates Loyal Mario Kart Fans Beyond Belief

Nintendo has been offering tons of surprises for the fans since the beginning of this year. There have been several amazing titles in 2022, keeping the players hooked onto their Switch consoles. One of the hits that arrived a few months ago for the device is the Nintendo Switch Sports.
Recently, Nintendo came up with a social media post to share an update for the Switch Sports. After nearly three months of its debut, the game has now received a change. However, fans are not looking impressed with this latest rollout from the Japanese giant. Instead, they want a major update on another big Switch game that’s gone missing for a while. Yes, we are talking about Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Fans are frustrated over Nintendo for not bringing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course DLC wave 2
Nintendo Switch Sports hasn’t received any major updates for some time. But the makers decided to offer something recently in the form of a small addition. In one of its newest tweets, the official account of Nintendo mentioned a “free summer update” for the fans with the “Leg Strap” accessory.

With this, players can now have a better experience while playing volleyball as they can do “Slide Attack and Rocket Serve”. Sadly, though, it seems like Nintendo fans didn’t want any such update from the makers. Instead, they have been waiting for the next Booster Course DLC wave for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and haven’t received any information just yet on the same.

So it was obvious to see a flood of unfavorable reactions from most of the Mario lovers. They even called out Nintendo for delivering an insignificant update for Switch Sports that could’ve been added at the time of its launch itself.

Meanwhile, Nintendo will also unveil more new games later this year for its handheld console. As of now, the big titles lined-up to make their debuts are Splatoon 3, Bayonetta 3, and Mario+Rabbids Sparks of Hope. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is also set to arrive in 2022, being the first installment in the ninth generation of video games in the Pokemon franchise.
