Formula 1 is essentially a sport driven by money and resources. Without these things, a team cannot get far. Money in Formula 1 can get you a fast car, a championship-winning driver pairing, and much more. But what money cannot get is success. Arguably, a case study in this could be Aston Martin.

According to Aston Martin’s team principal Mike Krack, Stroll’s been more than supportive. He told BBC, “The financial means he has put into this team give him the right to be demanding. But he is not over-pressurising us.”
That being said, Krack realizes that the team has not delivered to Stroll’s expectations.
“I admire his patience, honestly, because success has not come the way he wanted it from the beginning, and the patience he has shown shows he is realistic and understands what he is doing.”

Saying Fernando Alonso is an impressive driver would be an understatement. That being said, it’s never easy for a driver to settle into a new team. But according to Aston Martin’s team principal, Mike Krack, Alonso slotted in quite impressively.
Talking about Alonso’s first test for the British team, Krack said, “It was very impressive. Very impressive by the efficiency of transmitting the messages. It was straight to the point at all times. It was very friendly and open, transparent I think in both directions. So we are very pleased how this day went, really.”
