Recently, one of Max Verstappen’s fan pages on Instagram uploaded a little footage of the double champion giving an interview. When the interviewer complimented the champion, Verstappen responded in a rather odd way. However, Verstappen’s humility is evident.

Verstappen has always driven aggressively. And this has arguably helped him be the fastest on the tracks. But when the interviewer described Max as the fastest driver on the planet, Verstappen answered in a very modest manner. In the Instagram Video, we can hear Max say, “Well, we don’t know, there are still unknown people out there who have never touched a racing car, but it’s okay.”

The Dutchman has consistently been thought of as a pompous driver because of his risk-taking choices. He might have beaten someone’s favorite team in a tough race on the track, which might have labeled him the title of “Mad Max”. Additionally, some individuals may have characterized him as an egotistical driver in light of his decision to deny his colleague the position.

Previously to this year he has made some mistakes as you would expect from a young driver but now he’s doing such a fantastic job. I really do think he is something special.”
