If this is how Carlos thinks of fans based on how much money they can spend and not the adoration they have for him then he doesn’t deserve fans. And don’t defend him saying he doesn’t mean that because he exactly means that.

In a recent interview, which was subsequently shared by an account on X, the racing superstar made a distinction that has ruffled quite a few feathers. He remarked, “It is true that probably a fan that comes to a race is a ‘proper fan’. It means they’ve spent quite a bit of money.”
