Haas has really turned things around this season. They already have more points than their 2020 and 2021 campaigns combined. Moreover, the team has been very closely working with Ferrari. In light of all this, there have always been talks of them essentially becoming a Ferrari B-team. However, now the team principal, Guenther Steiner, is tired of these comments and has made his stand.

Guenther Steiner has his say on the matter

Haas not only runs Ferrari engines but also gets their transmissions and many other components from the Maranello outfit. Due to this, may have dubbed Haas as “the white Ferrari”. However, Steiner has had enough of these comments.

Steiner also added, “Check what you want, you can come whenever you want, you’re always welcome,” inviting the FIA for investigation whenever they want.

He also reassured that Haas would not risk sharing data with Ferrari and any IT checks would also be clean.

Seiner went on to mention the Racing Point-Mercedes situation and said, “If you think back to the Mercedes-Racing Point case… Ferrari can’t afford it and we don’t want to afford it.”.
