Lewis Hamilton Joins Legendary Composer Hans Zimmer for an IWC Event

Lewis Hamilton is one of the most marketable athletes around the world. There are a lot of brands that he endorses in his catalogs, such as Mercedes, Tommy Hilfiger, and Puma, to name a few. He’s also a brand ambassador for the luxury watch brand IWC Schaffhausen. And Hamilton was recently spotted at an event by the watch brand.

We can see Lewis posing in a picture with legendary musician Hans Zimmer. Both Zimmer and Hamilton are proud ambassadors of the watch brand.

Aside from Lewis and Hans, IWC Schaffhausen also includes the likes of Tom Brady and James Corden as its popular ambassadors.

But speaking to Naomi Schiff, the Mercedes driver revealed that his true purpose is more than just to with World Championships in Formula One. He mentioned that he wants to see more young women joining the sport in the near future.

“I’ve got this platform and I am able to apply pressure in an uncomfortable way sometimes, but also it is a real opportunity to spark that change and that, for me, is more rewarding than any championship.”

“My goal is that in the next five, ten years you’re looking back at the sport and I am watching TV, hopefully with my kids, and they see young women engineers and mechanics and they’ll know there is an opportunity,” said Lewis.
