Energy drinks have quite a big affiliation with Formula 1. McLaren recently commenced their partnership with the $57.15 billion beverage company, Monster. However, Monster had a partnership with Mercedes before McLaren. Around that time, Lewis Hamilton was sponsored personally by the brand and when Mercedes cut its ties, the Billion Dollar man continued the association.
While Monster is not sponsoring Mercedes anymore, the Briton driver is also on his way out at the end of the 2024 season. Considering everything, when a picture was recently uploaded to Twitter of the Silver Arrows drivers in their suits, fans got curious about why Lewis Hamilton didn’t have a Monster logo like he has always worn in the past. While George Russell got some attention for being dressed in all-black again, fans’ reaction to Hamilton was something else altogether.
