If there’s anyone the Lewis Hamilton Army loves more than the seven-time champion himself, it’s Roscoe—Hamilton’s dog, his best friend, his partner in crime. Although the fan-favorite duo hasn’t made frequent appearances in the paddock this season, Hamilton has given his fans a glimpse of Roscoe every time they do get reunited—whether it be Roscoe organizing a Welcome Home party for Hamilton after some time away from the UK, or just lazing around at home during the summer break. Whatever it is, everyone loves getting this sneak peek into the life of Hamilton and Roscoe, and the seven-time champion just revealed another tidbit.

Before we get to that, to put into perspective just how much the F1 community loves Roscoe, the duo walked into the paddock together at the British GP this season. As much as people loved Hamilton’s fit that day, it was Roscoe who stole the show—sporting a Grenadian flag scarf. Later that day, in a media event, the Silverstone crowd was cheering for Roscoe, and Hamilton decided it would be a good time to embarrass his best friend.

Hamilton revealed, “Last night, [Roscoe] woke up at 4 AM to go and take a sh*t. I was like, ‘Bloody hell, Roscoe.’” While that piece of information had the Silverstone crowd in splits, fans online called Hamilton out for throwing Roscoe under the bus. It’s evident that Roscoe’s late-night antics are responsible for ruining Hamilton’s sleep. In a Quickfire Question interview, Hamilton revealed how Roscoe is just as much a part of his morning routine.

The 38-year-old replied, Roscoe’s snoring,” to which the interviewer responded, “Brilliant!” If Roscoe’s Instagram page isn’t confirmation enough, the bulldog is crucial to the seven-time champion’s life. While playing a significant role in Hamilton’s schedule by being his wake-up alarm, Roscoe is also set to play a role in Hamilton’s latest venture.
