Sebastian Vettel did not have the best of times during the 70th Anniversary race at Silverstone. After a spin at the start, things only went downhill for the 4-time world champion.
When he pitted, he emerged behind Carlos Sainz and was not too thrilled about it.
When he spoke to the media after the race, he said, “We spoke this morning that there’s no point pitting, knowing that we will run into traffic and that is exactly what we did. We went also on a hard tire, which we then had for roughly 10 laps.

Vettel later spoke about the gulf between himself and Charles Leclerc, especially since the start of the season. One honestly had to wonder if Vettel was driving a completely different car compared to the Monegasque.
However, the German admitted that he may be missing some things and is trying to extract the maximum from the car nonetheless.
