The Mercedes men recently were spotted at a press conference for F1, in front of a live audience. They were asked what they’d hypothetically do in Las Vegas to celebrate together post the race on 18th November. With this, the casual fun banter escalated rather quickly!

Lewis Hamilton and George Russell took to a bunch of ‘Hangover’ movie references as they tried to paint a picture of what they would be doing together in Las Vegas, in order to celebrate. The men even took the conversation a bit too far, and the live fans screamed with excitement.

Lewis Hamilton questioned the right things to do in Vegas as he exclaimed that he didn’t know what the best thing to do was. As most would, Hamilton’s go-to response was ‘Casino?’. To this, Russell reassured the Briton that they’d ‘find something to do.’

A cheeky Lewis then suggested an all-nighter that would entail doing lots of different things. Adding to the Hangover movie references, Hamilton said, “George would end up on the roof of the hotel.” Russell, playing along, said, “Big tattoo on the side of the face.”

Joining in on the action, David Croft added, “Big tattoo and baby around you.” To this, Hamilton added, “We’ll just marry George off!”

George, all coy, said, “Yeah,” and laughed.

The hostess then questioned the audience if anyone ‘fancied’ marrying George Russell. And as expected, the women cheered with the utmost excitement. To this, a sincere Russell brought up his girlfriend, Carmen Mundt.

He said, “I’m coming in with my girlfriend so, if we’ll end up in a little white chapel, we’ll see what happens.”

This prompted the hostess to nudge at the fact that he’d then have to marry his girlfriend. And George, without missing a beat, said “Absolutely, absolutely!”

The fans went crazy as the video surfaced on the internet. People could not get enough of the moment.

George Russell won over the F1 Twitter overnight

George Russell’s attempt at singling out his girlfriend as a flood of women swoon over him, caught the attention of many. Whilst some admired how respectful the Mercedes man was to his girlfriend, others pointed out that it was a rather abrupt proposal. Here’s was Twitter said.
