The Mercedes mechanics tied up the young driver to a trolley to eventually wheel him to the AlphaTauri team. The lads look like they’re having a blast whilst Nyck stayed put, calm, and composed with a drink in his hand.

Amidst all the losses and sad farewells, this one brightened up the days of most fans. Seeing this hilarious and heartwarming gesture, the fans melted at the way Mercedes functions and takes care of its people.

Twitter loves such antics and, with Mercedes pulling off something so adorable, the team got fans’ attention.

Twitter laughed with Mercedes as they adored the sweet gesture behind it

As Nyck was being ‘delivered’ to his new team, Twitter took it on themselves to involve themselves in the running joke as they continued to add on their own wits.

Some suggested picking up Mick Schumacher along the way, while others admired Mercedes for the fun team spirit they project.
